In this method, Compressed air at the pressure of 0.6MPa~1.2MPa is applied via high pressure CPVC tubes to air ducts to be cleaned. Attached to these CPVS tubes are nozzles for various applications, namely, front blowing, reae blowing and centre blowing. Tips can move at speeds over 160 kph (100 mph), flailing randomly in every direction (including comers and around bends) to break the dirt into fine dust that the vacuum pulls out easily. Compressed air coming out of the whip leads helps push debris toward the vacuum. Dust will be collected at the other end of the air duct by a high power vacuum dust collector.
