Symphonic was formed in 2001, initially as a part time operation loosely knitted for friends working in various disciplines related to property, facility management and hospitality business. Starting from the very beginning we have been focusing on waste water treatment and air duct cleaning. During the early stages we used equipment from overseas but found that they were on one hand expensive and whilst on the other hand almost always they failed to cope with the local environments. Hence, we commissioned talents from tertiary technical institutes in Hong Kong and China and started making our own proprietary equipment known as CHAOYODA according to what the market wants and we have ever since captured a major share of the Mainland market with many reputable MNC customers.
